J ob Title: Assistant Manager – Sales (Export) Location: Kundli, Sonipat, Haryana No. of Openings: 01 Industry: Fasteners / Automotive / Industrial Manufacturing Employment Type: Full Time Education & Experience: **• **Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Postgraduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (Preferred) Experience: 4 to 7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the fasteners, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sector Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 CTC per mont Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customer accounts across various industries and regions. Manage end-to-end sales activities including maintenance, acquisition, and development. Provide timely and accurate feedback to senior management regarding sales performance. Prepare and share customized proposals with customers. Maintain accurate records of pricing, sales, customer interactions, and activity reports. Consistently achieve or exceed predefined sales targets and KPIs (calls, appointments, proposals, closures). Collaborate closely with the project design and production teams to ensure customer-specific requirements are met effectively. Required Skills: Energetic and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent client interfacing and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in local languages is a plus (both verbal & written). Ability to work well under pressure in a competitive sales environment. Target-driven, performance-focused, and results-oriented mindset. - Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in the Fastener, Automotive, or Industrial Equipment sectors will be given preference.
