Sourcing Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and other online platforms to source potential IT candidates to bench.
• Candidate Engagement: Reach out to potential candidates through call, email, phone, and social media to introduce them to opportunities in market and get them placed with reputated clients.
• Strong experience and understanding of US sourcing especially OPT process
• Strong experience in hiring GC/US citizens  from Job portals, and networks, and a prior database of candidates.
• Capable of getting students/experienced person for any technology training.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Coordinating the entire recruitment process.
• Should have good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
• Need to have excellent knowledge on Tax terms and Visa Types.
• Maintaining good database OPT candidates.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-3yrs exp in opt sourcing/ US Sourcing specialist
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Should be willing to work in night shift ( IST 7PM TO 4 AM)
• Should have a good remote working system ( Laptop/wifi etc)
