Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet organizational requirements.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to achieve optimal value.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, delivery, and service standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and forecast demand.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in [specific industry manufacturing].
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of market trends, cost structures, and supplier capabilities.
