For more about Group Bayport, please visit Website: https://groupbayport.com/about-us/ LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/groupbayport/mycompany/ About The Role Job Title: Sourcing Manager (Textile) Location: Gurgaon WFO (Sector 32) Job Role & Responsibilties Supplier Identification – Align relevant suppliers for Home Categories – Rugs + Carpets + Mats + Pillows + Linen in Panipat / Ludhiana / Chennai. Negotiation – Negotiate with suppliers as per our business requirements on the working model, pricing, quality, specifications and lead times. Relationship Management – Develop healthy working relationship for better support to the business from the manufacturers. Cost Optimisation – Work with suppliers in improvising business efficiencies and lead time management and overall product pricing. Assortment Curation – Work closely with the manufacturer and the key account managers to identify the right products and pricing for the marketplaces business for category and product extension. Quality – Work with manufacturer and internal quality team to deliver the right and acceptable quality to the end customers. Managing product pipeline and deliveries with supplier as per business requirement and demand forecasting. Qualification – Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in Textile / Merchandising from NIFT or a good engineering college . 7+ Years of experience in buying and merchandising in Home Textile space with a good buying house. Large and good vendor connect, hands on pricing with a strong knowledge of Home Textiles must – It’s an IC profile. Ability to work with cross functional teams.
