Company Description Global Drive Human Resource Service is a joint venture company of Smooth Manpower Services. We provide recruitment services for blue-collar and white-collar manpower globally, sourcing candidates both overseas and locally. Our offerings include HR outsourcing solutions, staffing and manpower planning, and support services for company formation and business setup across the GCC. We have an experienced manpower hiring and sourcing team with global reach, including partnerships with India, Pakistan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Ghana, and Uganda. Our comprehensive HR services include recruitment, employee management, HR administration, and other HR functions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kurla for a Sourcing Manager. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the process of sourcing candidates globally and locally, managing vendor partnerships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The role involves developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans, maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing market trends to make informed sourcing decisions. Qualifications Experience in global and local recruitment processes and strategies Vendor management and contract negotiation skills Strong understanding of HR policies and compliance with labor regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven sourcing decisions Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience in the GCC market is a plus
