CTC: 18–20 LPA (Based on experience & fit)

Experience: 8–12 years

Education: Graduate (MBA preferred)

We’re looking for a seasoned Sourcing Professional to lead procurement for Marketing, Branding, and IT categories — driving cost efficiency, vendor excellence, and seamless cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage sourcing for marketing, creative, media, and hardware/software requirements.

Negotiate with agencies and vendors to ensure best value and ROI.

Handle contracts, RFPs/RFQs, and vendor performance tracking.

Partner with Marketing, IT & Finance teams to align sourcing with business goals.

Ensure compliance, documentation, and process integrity across all sourcing activities.

What You Bring:

10–12 years of experience in marketing & IT procurement.

Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills.

Expertise in sourcing strategy, cost optimization & stakeholder management.

Proficiency in Excel, ERP tools, and procurement systems.
