Role Overview:

We are hiring a seasoned Technical Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies for one of our prestigious clients. This role is pivotal in driving architecture design, technical leadership, and solution implementation across mission-critical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of hands-on technical skills and strategic thinking, coupled with the ability to collaborate across multi-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design scalable, high-performance architectures using Microsoft technology stack (e.g., .NET, Azure, SQL Server).

Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to convert requirements into detailed technical solutions.

Drive architecture implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.

Lead cloud-native solution design and Azure service integration (App Services, Functions, Web Jobs, Azure SQL, etc.).

Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices in software design, development, and deployment.

Conduct code reviews and enforce security, performance, and maintainability standards.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies, evaluating their potential integration.

Guide cloud migration initiatives from on-premise systems to Microsoft Azure.

Support and troubleshoot critical production issues.

Promote a collaborative, Agile working environment and contribute to continuous improvement.

Technical Expertise Required:

Microsoft .NET & Web Technologies

.NET 8.0, ASP.NET Core, C#, MVC

Web API / Minimal API development

Frontend: React, TypeScript, Node.js

Data & Messaging

Experience with ORMs (Object Relational Mappers)

Exposure to messaging/streaming systems

Understanding of NoSQL databases

Cloud (Microsoft Azure)

Azure App Services, Functions, Web Jobs

Azure SQL Database, Storage Services

Additional Technologies

Python: General scripting, FastAPI/Flask, PySpark

Big Data: Databricks, Snowflake, Spark

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering from a reputed institution

Microsoft certifications (preferred)

Experience in healthcare analytics, AI/ML is a plus

Certifications in healthcare IT (e.g., CHPS) desirable
