We are seeking a Java & Node.js Architect to join our technology leadership team. Youll be instrumental in designing distributed systems that support our large-scale streaming platform and guiding our engineering teams to implement scalable, performant, and maintainable services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design scalable, low-latency backend systems using Java and Node.js.
• Define architecture principles, best practices, and coding standards across teams. 3+ years in a technical/solution/enterprise architect role.
• Partner with product managers, engineering leads, and DevOps to ensure architectural alignment with business needs.
• Conduct design and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies/tools that align with DAZNs tech strategy.
• Solve complex system and performance issues across distributed components.
• Mentor developers and advocate for engineering excellence across teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
