Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist, located in Kochi. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling day-to-day clerical tasks. Additional responsibilities include maintaining office security by following safety procedures, managing visitor logs, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills and Communication
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently and efficiently
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or relevant field is a plus
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required
