Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Consultant located in Kochi. The Performance Consultant will be responsible for offering expert advice on performance management processes, conducting performance assessments, analyzing data to identify improvement areas, and developing actionable strategies. The role also involves working closely with clients to enhance organizational performance through effective communication and consulting.
