About This Role:

We are looking for a Performance Consultant to provide strategic guidance and actionable insights that maximize the impact of our digital marketing campaigns. This role involves analyzing performance data, advising on optimization opportunities, and ensuring our clients achieve measurable growth and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze campaign performance across paid and organic channels to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
• Develop performance frameworks and KPIs tailored to client objectives.
• Advise on media mix, targeting strategies, and channel effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital strategy, or analytics.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong presentation and client communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing/analytics are a plus.
