Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Information Technology Consultant. The IT Consultant will be responsible for providing technical support, offering IT consulting services, and leveraging analytical skills to solve technical challenges. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, developing tailored IT solutions, and ensuring successful implementation and maintenance of IT systems.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in IT Consulting and Information Technology
• Strong Analytical Skills to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Consulting experience with a focus on technical solutions and client advisory
• Technical Support skills
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
