Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow the official LinkedIn accounts of PrimaVerse and associated companies. * Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for targeted industries and decision-makers. * Run social selling campaigns to engage with potential leads and drive conversations. * Use and knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and all LinkedIn tools * Generate inbound leads by crafting compelling content, engagement strategies, and outreach. * Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. * Track and analyze LinkedIn performance metrics, optimize campaigns based on analytic. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all LinkedIn marketing tools and algorithm changes . * Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine targeting and messaging. * Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align LinkedIn efforts with business goals. * Knowledge of Google Analytic will be having add advantage . Required Qualifications & Skills: * Minimum 6 months of experience in LinkedIn B2B marketing, ABM, and social selling. * Bachelors degree in any Field , Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. * Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Campaign Manager, and LinkedIn Analytics . * Proven track record of generating quality B2B leads via LinkedIn. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, audience targeting, and funnel optimization. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple brand accounts efficiently. Preferred Attributes: Experience in B2B marketing for the engineering or outsourcing industry. Understanding of U.S. civil or mechanical sector buyer personas is a plus. Familiarity with LinkedIn advertising and sponsored content management.
