The ideal candidate shall have zeal to excel in sales career. They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintain existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good presentation and negotiation skills.
As an Inside Sales Specialist for our cutting-edge SaaS product, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through effective communication, relationship-building, and sales strategies. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how our SaaS solution can address their business challenges. The successful candidate will be a motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a knack for consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Research and understand the target market to generate a pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS product (PRM360) and its features.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of the product to potential customers.

- Engage with prospects to uncover their business challenges and goals in Supply Chain Management
- Position the SaaS solution as a tailored and effective solution to meet the prospects needs.

- Conduct virtual or in-person product demonstrations to showcase key features and functionalities.
- Effectively communicate how the product addresses specific pain points and provides value.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, and customer success to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, including pipeline status and forecasts.
7.
- Utilize sales tools, such as CRM software, to manage and track customer interactions and sales activities.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales-related activities.
Hence, a as a Inside Sales Specialist you are expected to do all of the below on a day-to-day basis:-
- Identifying Key decision makers in the given Database and fix appointments/meetings with them
- Cold Calling prospects based on the list given
- At least call 50-60 prospective customers per day
- Generation/Creation of Database
- Create, execute and follow-up with the prospects on regular basis, maintain good pipeline in assigned territory/geography/Vertical.
- Work under pressure in fast-paced environment with minimum monitoring
- Maintaining database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities to Account Managers where appropriate
- Collaborating with sales leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
Key Skills:
3-6 Years of experience in Lead Generation through Cold Calling (Major), Social Selling (Major) & email marketing (Minor) in space of IT Products and Services.
- Experience of pitching Solutions or Products in Procure to Pay Space is added advantage (desirable not essential)
- Proficiency in sales methodologies and techniques, such as consultative selling, solution selling, or challenger selling.
- Strong negotiation skills to navigate through objections and close deals effectively.

- Ability to qualify leads and prioritize them based on their potential value to the business.
- Skill in identifying key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Experience calling and dealing with CxO Level persons
- Experience in Prospecting, Customer Profiling, and Sales
- Strong prospecting and research skills
- Persuasive and effective communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with potential customers, understand their requirements, and present solutions.
- Data-driven and analytical mind set to evaluate lead generation strategies
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a high degree of self-motivation
- Result-oriented and driven to meet or exceed lead generation targets
- Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and other sales software to track leads, manage contacts, and analyse sales performance.
- Basic technical understanding of the SaaS product and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.

- Ability to build relationships and provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration with other teams, such as marketing, customer support, and product development, to align efforts and improve overall customer experience.
- Understanding of key sales metrics and the ability to approx. data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in sales and marketing (preferably an MBA)
- 3-6 years of proven experience in lead generation, presales and inside sales for SaaS products or in a similar role
- Good working knowledge in IT Product/Solution sales
- Working knowledge with MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, and lead management systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and goal oriented mind set
- Understanding of the SaaS industry and software solution is a plus
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and focus on high-value activities that contribute to sales goals.
