The role involves generating and qualifying leads of Travel Agents/Agencies using various methods such as cold calls, networking, social selling, and referrals. You will be responsible for pitching products or services to Travel Agents/Agencies through phone calls, emails, or face-to-face meetings. Conducting live product demos or presentations customized to the needs of Travel Agents/Agencies is also a key part of the job. Your tasks will include negotiating and closing deals with Travel Agents/Agencies by effectively addressing objections and offering compelling value propositions. It is essential to maintain regular follow-ups and ensure business continuity with existing Travel Agents/Agencies. Credit management is an integral part of the role. Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and performance KPIs is crucial for success in this position. You will be expected to keep accurate records of sales activities in CRM software and collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to ensure client satisfaction. Providing market feedback to refine product offerings and sales strategies is also part of the job requirements.
