Telesales Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development, contract renewals, and expansion of existing contracts. You will identify opportunities to renew and upgrade products and services, while also generating accurate forecasts and sales activity reports. Presenting products and services to clients, exploring new business opportunities, and focusing on customer retention will be key aspects of your role. Your role will involve arranging and leading product demonstrations, developing quotes and proposals, and exploring cross-selling opportunities. You will be expected to communicate frequently with your manager by providing business reports and sales updates. To excel in this role, you should have 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing environments such as sales or account management. You must have prior experience in quota carrying sales, particularly in SaaS sales, B2B sales, or technology product sales. Demonstrated success in new business development and client relationship management is essential, along with a track record of achieving key performance indicators related to customer acquisition and retention. Knowledge and skills required for this role include experience in B2B/SaaS selling, the ability to generate sales through research, outbound calling, and email initiatives, and a detailed understanding of the market and customer behaviors. Tech savviness, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in social selling are also important. You should possess strong people skills and the ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
