Role Description

We are hiring telesales executives to handle outbound sales calls on company-provided data. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and closing sales as per defined targets. Complete training in IT sales will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls on assigned/provided leads

2. Pitch IT products/services as per training

3. Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales

4. Maintain call records and follow-up details

5. Ensure professional and polite communication

Qualifications

1. Prior experience in telecalling/telesales/BPO preferred

2. Good communication skills in English

3. Comfortable working evening shifts

4. Target-driven and self-motivated

5. Ability to work independently from home
