We're looking for a driven Telesales Executive to join our team! You'll be responsible for generating leads, making sales pitches, and closing deals with customers over the phone. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales

- Handle customer inquiries and concerns

- Meet daily and monthly sales targets

- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets

- Basic computer skills and typing speed

- Fluency in English and local languages (desirable)
