Job Description :

To handle customer orders through phone calls and direct interactions by providing polite, accurate, and timely service. The role ensures effective coordination with the kitchen, maintains front desk cleanliness, supports order dispatch, and delivers a positive customer experience through professional communication and service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Taking & Sales Coordination

● Take food orders through phone calls and direct walk-in customers.

● Ensure accurate order entry and communicate orders clearly to the kitchen team.

Customer Interaction & Service

● Always interact politely and professionally with customers.

● Greet customers warmly with a pleasant attitude and positive body language.

● Handle customer queries, requests, and basic complaints effectively.

Kitchen Coordination & Item Availability

● Check food item availability with the kitchen before confirming orders.

● Update customers regarding preparation time and order status.

● Ensure timely service coordination between kitchen and front desk.

Food Collection & Dispatch Support

• Collect food items from the pass station after order completion.
• Assist in handing over food to customers or delivering food to customer vehicles when required.

Front Desk Operations & Cleanliness

● Always maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

● Ensure menus, billing counters, and order-taking areas are neat and presentable

Service Timeliness & Accuracy

• Ensure orders are processed and served within committed timelines.
• Follow service SOPs to maintain speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Communication

• Explain menu items, combos, prices, offers, and delivery time transparently.
• Acknowledge the customer issues, apologize politely, and communicate the resolution clearly.
• Confirm item availability and prep time with kitchen
• Share correct order details with billing and delivery team

Qualification :

• Education: Plus Two / Graduate (Any Stream)
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years in Telesales / Front Desk / Customer Service (Food & Beverage preferred
• Preferred: Experience in restaurant order taking or call handling
