The role requires a strong engineering foundation with hands-on knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and supplier development. The Localisation Lead will be responsible for executing localisation initiatives end-to-end, ensuring components are developed with local suppliers at optimised cost, without compromising quality or compliance standards.
