Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to potential clients from provided databases to introduce new real estate projects and offers.
• Lead Qualification: Understand customer requirements, answer queries regarding pricing and amenities, and identify high-intent prospects.
• Site Visit Scheduling: Persuade interested clients to visit property sites and coordinate these appointments with the field sales team.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer feedback, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or Excel.
• Follow-up: Consistently follow up with unresponsive or warm leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Key Skills

• Persuasion & Negotiation: Ability to handle objections gracefully and convince potential buyers to take the next step.
• Active Listening: Understanding client pain points to offer tailored property solutions.
• CRM Proficiency: Experience with tools like Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or specialized real estate CRMs is highly preferred.
• Resilience: Maintaining a positive and professional tone despite rejections or difficult conversations.
• Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of real estate terminology and current market trends.
• Time Management: Efficiently handling high call volumes while organizing follow-up tasks.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in any field preferred.
• Experience: 0.6–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Punjabi
