Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida for a Telesales Executive. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, making outbound calls to prospective customers, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and converting leads into sales opportunities. Additional tasks include addressing customer needs, nurturing relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive growth and meet company goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their inquiries
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to identify and capitalize on potential business opportunities
• Solid Customer Support skills to provide timely assistance and maintain positive customer relationships
• Self-motivated attitude with a result-oriented approach to achieve sales targets
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask efficiently
• Previous experience in a sales or telesales role is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
