Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi for a Telesales Executive. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, explaining product offerings, and providing excellent customer support. The Telesales Executive will also be responsible for handling inquiries, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and achieving sales targets through consistent follow-ups and relationship management.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build positive relationships.
• Proven abilities in Lead Generation and Sales to achieve and exceed targets.
• Customer Support expertise with a focus on responding to inquiries and providing tailored solutions.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with excellent listening skills.
• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus, though not mandatory.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi for seamless communication with diverse clientele.
