Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and handle brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and marketing channels
• Plan and execute brand-building activities and social media campaigns
• Create and manage content including captions, posts, blogs, reels, and marketing copies
• Develop and maintain content calendars in coordination with the design team
• Identify, coordinate, and manage collaborations with influencers and creators
• Coordinate with digital marketing, design, and product teams for campaign execution
• Support website, social media, and overall content branding initiatives
• Assist in product launches, promotions, and online branding activities
• Track influencer performance, engagement, and campaign outcomes
• Monitor brand performance, audience insights, and customer feedback
• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare social media & brand performance reports
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or a related field
• 3â5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or branding
• Strong content writing and verbal communication skills
• In-depth understanding of major social media platforms and influencer marketing
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic reporting tools
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, FMCG, or D2C brands
• Hands-on experience with influencer outreach, negotiation, and collaboration
• Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics platforms
