Social Media Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

• Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
• Plan, shoot, and edit reels and short videos following on going trends while ensure brand positioning
• Write compelling captions, hooks, and hashtags aligned with brand tone and audience
• Identify, onboard, and manage influencers based on provided criteria & guidelines
• Coordinate influencer shoots, content briefs, and approvals while following the decided timelines
• Track influencer campaign performance and engagement metrics and provide reports & insights on weekly basis
• Participate in and manage in-house and outdoor shoots
• Confidently in front of camera to shoot & talk about the Products (product demos, voiceovers, tutorials)
• Ensure content quality and aesthetics along with Brand guidelines & presentation
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Build and maintain a positive brand image through timely responses and engagement
• Analyze content performance and suggest improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Must have 02 to 03 years of experience as a Social Media Executive in the hair colour / beauty / cosmetics industry
• Strong content ideation and storytelling skills
• Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels, short-form videos, and influencer collaborations
• Confident personality with excellent communication and on-camera presence
• Capable communicating the vision & ideas with designers & video editors
• Good understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies
