What You’ll Do

  • Plan, create, and execute Instagram-first content and campaigns, taking ideas from concept to execution and driving them toward clear business outcomes (reach, engagement, demand, and brand growth).
  • Work on the day-to-day management of Neeman’s Instagram account, including content planning, posting, scheduling, and optimization.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize key Instagram metrics including engagement rate, reach and impressions, follower growth, saves, shares and video views, as well as story performance and click-through rates.
  • Use insights and performance data to continuously optimize content formats, hooks, captions, and posting strategies.
  • Work closely with the brand, design, and performance marketing teams to ensure Instagram campaigns align with larger brand and business goals.
  • Support and manage paid Instagram campaigns in collaboration with performance teams, tracking metrics like CPC, CPM, and ROAS to improve ROI.
  • Stay on top of platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats, ensuring Neeman’s content stays relevant, timely, and competitive.
  • Maintain a consistent content calendar while ensuring quality, speed, and brand consistency.


Must Haves

  • 2-3  years of experience in social media & content creation.
  • Strong Instagram-first mindset (Reels, trends, growth-led content).
  • Prior hands-on content creation experience (not just coordination).
  • Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
  • Experience shooting content on a mobile phone.
  • Working knowledge of video editing tools.


Preferred

  • Experience scaling a personal content page (5k–7k followers or more).
  • Exposure to LinkedIn and YouTube content strategy.
  • Basic understanding of content performance metrics and insights.
  • Ability to balance operational execution + creative thinking.
  • Thinks like a creator, not just a social media manager.
  • Knows how to make content people stop scrolling for.
