The ideal candidate will enhance customer satisfaction, achieve sales and profitability goals, and manage staff effectively. What You Will Do - Drive customer traffic by participating in approved local events and marketing opportunities - Ensure the store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KRAs, and profitability goals - Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information - Maintain all established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards - Oversee merchandise deliveries to ensure immediate availability - Continuously improve sales, productivity, and profitability - Ensure legal and financial integrity of the store - Train store team members on brand values, seasonal collections, and product knowledge - Manage store operations systematically and efficiently - Ensure accurate cash register transactions - Implement all applicable loss prevention policies - Recruit, train, and manage store team members - Create a high-performance culture with clear expectations, feedback, and performance management What You Must Have - 5+ years of experience managing retail stores for footwear brands - Strong knowledge of retail business channels and operations - Analytical mindset with proven ability to meet sales targets - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Neeman’s At Neeman’s, you’ll enjoy: - Competitive compensation & benefits - Generous learning and professional development opportunities - Fun-filled events and crazy parties - The chance to make a real impact on thousands of lives alongside a passionate, mission-driven team We value diversity, inclusion, and belonging—and welcome everyone to apply.
