Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Take high-quality photos and videos of our latest collections (Sarees, Wedding Wear, Readymades) for social media. Social Media Management: Manage our Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business accounts daily. Local SEO: Update store hours, photos, and respond to reviews on Google Business Profile to ensure local customers find us easily. Campaign Management: Run targeted local ads for festival seasons (Deepavali, Pongal, Wedding seasons). Customer Engagement: Respond to comments and inquiries promptly to convert online interest into store visits. Analytics: Track which posts or ads are bringing in the most customers and report findings weekly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation (Experience in retail/fashion is a plus). Proficiency in tools like Canva, Capcut (for posters) and basic video editing apps (for Reels/Shorts). Fluency in Tamil (written and spoken) and basic English. Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram Ad Manager. Strong understanding of the local Tirukoilur market and customer preferences.
