Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube & other platforms Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals Analyze performance metrics and optimize content for better reach and engagement Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior Coordinate with designers, video editors, and marketing team Run and optimize social media campaigns when required Requirements: Proven experience in social media strategy or management Strong understanding of platform algorithms and content trends Knowledge of analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) Creative thinking with data-driven decision making Good communication and planning skills
