Regularly refresh product images and content to ensure listings remain competitive and attractive. Order Management: Monitor incoming orders for accuracy in pricing and product details. Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfillment as per marketplace SLAs. Liaise with account managers from marketplaces to resolve operational challenges. Inventory Management: Manually or automatically update stock levels across all platforms. Monitor fast-moving SKUs and coordinate restocking to avoid stock-outs. Analyze sales trends to optimize inventory planning. Daily Operations & Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, accounts, and customer support for smooth e-commerce functioning.
