Beauty Advisor (Female Only)

You will be joining Otrix, a D2C Beauty & Personal Care Brand, as a Beauty Adviser. In this role, you will need to have 0-3 years of experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, or skincare. However, freshers with a passion for beauty are also welcome to apply. Your main responsibility as a Beauty Adviser at Otrix will be to provide personalised beauty consultations to customers, educate them about the products, and ensure they have an exceptional shopping experience. You will need to greet customers warmly, understand their beauty and skincare needs, and provide tailored product recommendations based on their requirements. It is essential for you to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in the beauty and personal care industry. You will be required to educate customers about the ingredients, benefits, and usage of Otrix products, as well as offer demonstrations and trials to enhance their experience. To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of beauty products and skincare routines, and a sales-driven mindset. You will be expected to achieve sales targets through effective communication and upselling techniques, as well as build customer loyalty by encouraging repeat purchases and enrolment in loyalty programs. Other responsibilities will include inventory management, ensuring product shelves are stocked and visually appealing, providing after-sales support, handling customer inquiries or complaints professionally, and building lasting relationships with customers to establish trust and brand loyalty.
