Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a result-oriented Digital Head who can take complete ownership of our digital presence and online business growth. The role involves managing day-to-day website operations, executing digital marketing strategies, and driving sales through Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Website Management:Manage day-to-day website operations (content updates, banners, product uploads, pricing, offers) Coordinate with developers/designers for technical fixes and enhancements Ensure website is user-friendly, updated, and conversion-focused Monitor website performance, traffic, and sales Digital Marketing & Business Growth:Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) Drive ROI-focused online sales Create and monitor monthly and weekly digital marketing calendars Analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results Social Media – Instagram & Facebook:Handle business-focused content planning for Instagram & Facebook Monitor leads, inquiries, DMs, and conversions Coordinate with content/design team for posts, reels, ads, and stories Ensure consistent brand voice and premium image Brand & Strategy:Develop short-term and long-term digital growth strategies Maintain brand positioning across all digital platforms Track competitors and industry trends Work closely with sales, operations, and management teams Reporting & Analytics:Share weekly and monthly performance reports Track KPIs: traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and revenue Take accountability for digital business numbers Skills & Requirements:Strong knowledge of website management platforms (Shopify / WordPress / custom CMS) Hands-on experience with Instagram & Facebook marketing Good understanding of paid ads, SEO basics, and analytics Business mindset with focus on sales and ROI Strong coordination and leadership skills Excellent communication and planning abilities What We’re Looking For:Someone who can own the digital ecosystem end-to-end A proactive leader, not just an executor Strong understanding of branding + business Ability to work independently and take responsibility Why Join Us:Opportunity to lead and scale a growing beauty & cosmetic brand Strategic role with decision-making authority Long-term growth and leadership opportunity
