Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, and ensure timely conversion. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM/software. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development progress, and market feedback. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align strategies and ensure smooth execution. Share customer insights and market intelligence with management for product and strategy improvements.
