Business Development & Sales Executive – Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. roi based sales - reaching targets and connecting with team for the same Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, distributors, and business partners. Develop strategies to expand the company’s reach in B2B and B2C markets. Create and present business proposals, partnership models, and growth plans. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to design campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets. Sales: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients. Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Follow up with prospects, prepare quotations, and ensure timely conversion. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM/software. Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term relationships. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue opportunities. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, business development progress, and market feedback. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to align strategies and ensure smooth execution. Share customer insights and market intelligence with management for product and strategy improvements. Other Expectations: Stay updated with product knowledge, industry standards, and competitive offerings. Maintain professionalism, integrity, and customer-first attitude in all interactions. Demonstrate adaptability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
