Job Description: Senior Telecalling Sales and Marketing Executive Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Telecalling Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through effective telecalling and implementing marketing strategies to maximize revenue. This role requires excellent communication, persuasive skills, and the ability to drive results in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities:SalesMake outbound calls to potential and existing clients to present products or services. Build strong customer relationships to foster repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and close sales deals. MarketingCollaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns. Assist in developing promotional materials and strategies to increase brand awareness. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking. Provide feedback from customer interactions to improve marketing efforts. Client ManagementMaintain a detailed record of customer interactions in CRM software. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Regularly update clients on new products, offers, and services. Strategy and ReportingDevelop a sales strategy to target specific market segments effectively. Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for management. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications and Skills:Experience: 3+ years in telecalling, sales, or a related field. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred). Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in zoho CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and data entry.
