For over two decades, building a powerful reputation through our B2B wholesale channels. Now, we are embarking on our next chapter of growth by scaling our e-commerce and digital presence. We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist to be a pivotal part of this transformation. This isn't just a content creation role; you will be the architect of our brand's voice online, bridging the gap between our legacy and our digital future. You will have the hands-on freedom to build our social strategy from the ground up, directly impacting brand awareness and driving commercial success. What You'll Do: Your Core Responsibilities Your role will be focused on three key areas: 1. Content Strategy & Community Engagement: Develop and execute a dynamic monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook ,X, and LinkedIn that aligns with product launches and brand campaigns. Create, shoot, and edit compelling short-form video (Reels, Posts, Grids) and static images using tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva or similar tools. Write sharp, on-brand captions and copy that spark conversation, drive engagement, and compel action. Serve as the voice of our brand online, actively managing our community by monitoring comments, messages, and reviews, and escalating leads to sales and customer service. Build and nurture relationships with influencers and creators, from initial outreach to campaign execution and performance analysis. 2. Paid Media & Performance Marketing: Architect, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram),X, and LinkedIn to achieve awareness and conversion goals. Manage the end-to-end campaign process: audience targeting, conversion event setup, budget allocation, and performance monitoring with a relentless focus on ROAS and CPA. Design and run A/B tests on ad creative, copy, and audience segments to generate actionable insights and continuously improve performance. 3. Analytics, Reporting & Collaboration: Build and maintain simple, clear dashboards to report on key metrics, campaign performance, and strategic learnings. Translate raw data into a weekly performance narrative for leadership, highlighting what's working, what's not, and what we should do next. Collaborate closely to ensure a cohesive brand message and provide social friendly assets for our product pages.  Respond to the inquiries of B2B customers.  What You'll Bring: Required Skills & Experience 2-4 years of hands-on experience managing social media and running paid campaigns for consumer brands, preferably in fashion, eyewear, or lifestyle sectors. A Content Creator's Toolkit: Proven ability to edit short-form video and design social-first creative. You're fluent in tools like Canva, Adobe Premiere or similar editing tools. Paid Social Expertise: Demonstrable experience building and optimizing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, google ads. LinkedIn Ads experience is a strong plus. A Wordsmith: Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions and persuasive calls-to-action. Data-Driven Mindset: Comfortable navigating Google Analytics (GA4) and native platform insights to measure what matters. You have a practical understanding of pixel setup, event tracking, and attribution. Brand Acumen: A strong visual eye and an intuitive sense for maintaining a premium brand voice. Why Join B.B. Basic knowledge of Search Engine Optimization.
