As our Social Media Marketing Manager , you will lead the digital narrative of the brand across platforms. From strategy to execution, you’ll be responsible for building community, driving engagement, and creating thumb-stopping content that turns scrolls into sales. Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Platform Management Plan and execute Loreto’s content calendar across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest. Design and run content-led campaigns based on product launches, festivals, and trends. Maintain a consistent brand voice that reflects elegance, warmth, and emotional resonance. Content Ideation & Execution Lead creative development of Reels, Stories, Carousels, and short-form videos. Collaborate with creators, photographers, and editors to bring content to life. Guide the tone, pacing, and structure of every post to drive maximum engagement. Community & Influencer Engagement Build a loyal follower base through conversations, comments, UGC, and emotional storytelling. Run influencer campaigns, giveaways, and viral challenges to grow organic reach. Social Media Analytics (Mandatory Requirement) Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook , and other platforms. Provide weekly and monthly reports on follower growth, reach, impressions, engagement rate, and conversion. Use tools like Meta Insights, YouTube Analytics, Creator Studio, and third-party dashboards for in-depth tracking. Adjust strategy based on content performance and algorithm updates. Strictly mandatory : You must have a strong grasp of how to analyze and act on social media metrics. Job Specification (JS) Education & Experience Bachelor’s/Master’s in Marketing, Media, or Communication. 2–5 years of experience in social media strategy and execution for D2C or lifestyle brands. Essential Skills Deep understanding of Instagram Reels , YouTube Shorts , and Facebook content dynamics . Strong knowledge of social media analytics across platforms not just posting, but interpreting data and making decisions. Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools. Strong copywriting in English (bonus: Hindi or Hinglish fluency).
