We’re looking for a creative and scroll-obsessed Social Media Manager who lives and breathes trends. If you can spot a viral audio before it blows up, have 100 content ideas daily, shoot videos, and love experimenting with content, this role is for you. You’ll help with planning, writing, researching trends, basic editing, community engagement, and supporting all things social.

Work to be done:

• Help plan and create daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
• Shoot indoor and even outdoor videos on a phone whenever required.
• Create content for our social media and potentially client social media handles.
• Keep an eye on trends, audios, formats, and everything the algorithm loves.
• Assist with basic editing, reels, and short-form content creation.
• Reply to comments/DMs and keep the vibe positive across platforms.
• Research content ideas, hashtags, and what competitors are up to.
• Support campaign execution and performance tracking.
• Keep content calendars and media folders organised (we love organised people).

Required Skills & Software Proficiency

• Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content in general.
• Editing skills in Canva/CapCut or any editing tool are a plus.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• A creative eye and attention to small but important details.
• Ability to think visually and understand simple aesthetics.
• A genuine passion for social media, trends, and marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
