Job Description

Role Overview: Sequoia Café is looking for a digitally-savvy and creative Social Media & Marketing Executive who can manage our online presence across platforms and also run performance-driven marketing campaigns. From content to collaborations and ad campaigns — you’ll play a key role in growing the Sequoia brand. We are looking for a creative and energetic person to build Sequoia Café’s digital presence, connect with our audience, and drive brand engagement through social media, influencer partnerships, and offline promotions. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Plan and manage daily posts on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Create or coordinate creation of reels, stories, posts, and video content Write engaging captions aligned with our brand voice and values Track performance (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements Performance Marketing: Plan and run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Instagram Boosts, Google if needed) Optimize targeting, creatives, and budget for reach, engagement, or conversions Track ad performance — impressions, CTR, leads, etc., and report key insights Experiment with A/B testing and audience segmentation Influencer & Community Engagement: Identify, reach out, and coordinate with food influencers and bloggers Manage barter deals, paid collaborations, and performance tracking Engage with customers and influencers via comments, DMs, and tags Content Coordination: Organize photo/video shoots with team, photographers, or self-shot Capture behind-the-scenes stories, special dishes, or café moments Maintain a content calendar and keep the brand visually consistent Local Marketing & Promotions: Support offline campaigns like flyers, standees, or local events Track Google reviews and plan ways to increase positive feedback Brainstorm and execute small creative campaigns (seasonal, new items, etc.) Skills & Qualities We’re Looking For: Strong understanding of Instagram & content trends (Reels, Stories, etc.) Basic design skills (Canva, InShot, etc.) or ability to coordinate with designers Excellent written and verbal communication (English + Hindi) Creative mindset, attention to detail, and brand sensitivity Passion for food, hospitality, and visual storytelling Photography/videography skills (bonus but not mandatory) What You’ll Get: A fun, positive and collaborative work environment Freedom to express your creativity and ideas Opportunities to grow with the brand across multiple locations Daily staff meals Purpose-driven work that makes people feel good
