Quality & Presentation: Help ensure every dish meets Sequoia’s quality, taste, and presentation standards, including portion control and temperature checks. Follow Recipes & Guidance: Work under the direction of senior chefs, following recipes and instructions accurately and consistently. Team Support: Cooperate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and timely service. Other Duties: Take on additional tasks as assigned by the senior kitchen team.
