Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a digitally native, creatively driven Social Media Manager to lead our content strategy and execution across platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong design sense, proficiency in Canva, and the ability to blend creativity with strategic thinking to deliver engaging, scalable, and brand-aligned content. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and schedule high-performing social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.) 
• Create visually appealing posts, carousels, and reels using Canva, aligned with brand aesthetics and emerging trends 
• Manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely execution of campaigns 
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns, launches, and messaging goals 
• Monitor social media trends, algorithm updates, and audience engagement to optimize content performance 
• Track and report on KPIs, engagement metrics, and growth patterns, adjusting strategies accordingly 
• Build and nurture community engagement through comments, messages, and interactive activities 
• Experiment with new workflows and tools to increase content efficiency and creative output 

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or content marketing 
• Strong working knowledge of Canva for content design and visual storytelling 
• Proven experience managing multi-platform content calendars and publishing schedules 
• Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail, tone, and engagement tactics 
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies 
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social) 
• Exposure to basic video editing or short-form content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva Video, Adobe Express)
