Role Overview: We are looking for a self-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and enhance our LinkedIn and website performance through high-quality B2B content, SEO/GSO, and strategic planning. This is an individual contributor role focused on execution, optimization, and visibility across key digital channels. Prior experience in B2B and SaaS content is essential. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage the overall performance of LinkedIn and website presence. Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business objectives and campaign timelines. Write and optimize original content for LinkedIn, blogs, and website tailored for B2B and SaaS audiences. Execute timely posting and scheduling of content based on calendar and audience behaviour. Ensure SEO and GSO best practices are applied across all web and social content. Regularly update website content, including metadata, blogs, and landing pages, to improve discoverability. Research industry trends and incorporate relevant, high-impact messaging into ongoing content efforts. Maintain a consistent brand tone and voice tailored for professional and enterprise-level engagement. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1 to 2.5 years of proven experience in a performance marketing or content role, specifically within the B2B and SaaS sectors. Strong grasp of LinkedIn as a B2B growth channel. Hands-on experience with SEO/GSO techniques and implementation. Ability to plan, write, and manage professional content calendars independently. Strong writing skills with a strategic understanding of audience engagement. Experience or familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and digital marketing technologies is a plus.
