Job Description

Job Summary:
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will focus on driving measurable growth in leads, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
Optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS, CPA, and other KPIs.
Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and overall funnel performance.
Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
Prepare performance reports and insights for management.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Analytics, and SEO tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of remarketing, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is an advantage.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
