Role Overview :-

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of our D2C brand. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in building and scaling social channels, strong creative instincts, and the ability to drive engagement and community growth. This role demands a mix of strategic thinking, content creation skills, influencer engagement, and performance-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Own day-to-day social media management (BAU) across all relevant platforms.
• Define and maintain the brand voice, tonality, and visual identity across channels.
• Drive high engagement and consistent follower growth with innovative content strategies.
• Collaborate on founder-led marketing initiatives, amplifying authentic storytelling.
• Lead community building and influencer engagement to strengthen brand presence.
• Track, measure, and optimize performance through analytics and insights-driven actions.

Must-Haves :-

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience managing social media for D2C or consumer-facing brands.
• Proven track record of scaling social presence from ground-up with high engagement and consistent tonality.
• Strong copywriting skills and content sense, particularly for Instagram and YouTube Shorts.
• Deep understanding of visual hierarchy, design aesthetics, and digital storytelling formats.
• Passion and interest in parenting culture, lifestyle, or wellness spaces.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
