Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow PDTX’s social media pages across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • Create engaging and original content, including blogs, posts, posters, and videos.
  • Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor page performance, track analytics, and report progress on follower growth and engagement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends to ensure PDTX’s content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to align content with business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, consultancy, or agency.
  • Strong skills in

    content creation

    (blogs, graphics, short videos).
  • Proficiency with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to increase follower base and engagement organically.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
