About PDTX

Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow PDTX’s social media pages across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging and original content, including blogs, posts, posters, and videos.
Develop social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Monitor page performance, track analytics, and report progress on follower growth and engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends to ensure PDTX’s content remains fresh, relevant, and impactful.
Collaborate with the recruitment and marketing teams to align content with business goals.

Requirements

Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand, consultancy, or agency.
Strong skills in
content creation
(blogs, graphics, short videos).
Proficiency with design and content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, video editing apps, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to increase follower base and engagement organically.
Ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.
