Job Description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Develop and implement social media strategies across all relevant platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create and manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting and engagement.
  • Write, design, and publish engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with users in real-time.
  • Engage with the online community and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and optimization.
  • Analyse the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and social media algorithm changes to keep the company competitive.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to improve our social media strategy.
  • Build relationships with influencers, bloggers, and industry leaders to promote brand awareness and expand reach.
  • Create reports detailing the performance of social media campaigns and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to promote products, services, or content.
  • Create and design engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage email list segmentation to ensure targeted and personalized messaging.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and send times.
  • Maintain and update email marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns are executed on time.
  • Use email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot) to schedule and automate campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Minimum of 2 yrs of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design.
  • Expertise in using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for engagement.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Knowledge of paid social media advertising and experience in managing budgets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,512.74 - ₹40,000.35 per month
