Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media Manager with strong expertise in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns to drive brand visibility, audience engagement, and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn).
  • Manage daily posting, content calendars, stories, reels, and engagement activities.
  • Plan and run branded campaigns for product launches, promotions, and sales events.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights.

E-Commerce Marketing

  • Drive online sales growth through targeted digital campaigns.
  • Coordinate with product, design, and e-commerce teams for promotions and listings.
  • Optimize product visibility, conversion rate, and customer engagement.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

  • Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads.
  • Handle YouTube advertising for brand awareness and conversions.
  • Monitor campaign performance, ROI, CPC/CPM, and retargeting strategies.

SEO & Website Management

  • Basic understanding of website designing and landing page optimization.
  • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Work with developers/designers for content updates and website improvements.

Content & Brand Promotion

  • Work with creative teams for photoshoots, videos, and graphic content.
  • Write captions, ad copies, scripts, and content for brand communication.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics using social insights, Google Analytics, and ad dashboards.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for campaigns and social media performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 4–7 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing (E-Commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and SEO tools.
  • Strong understanding of online sales funnels and digital customer behavior.
  • Creative mindset with good communication and copywriting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple platforms, campaigns, and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of basic website designing is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
