Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who will be responsible for strengthening the digital presence of the Company across all social platforms. The role involves planning, creating, and executing content that highlights it's projects, capabilities, and brand value while building a strong follower base of prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Build a long-term brand presence, positioning DDE as a leader in government and large-format events.
  • Research and benchmark industry trends for inspiration and best practices.

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan and create engaging content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and case studies.
  • Work with design and production teams to gather high-quality visuals, behind-the-scenes content, event footage, and project documentation.
  • Write compelling captions, stories, and thought-leadership posts.
  • Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visual identity.

Community & Growth

  • Grow follower base organically by targeting relevant audiences — government bodies, event planners, corporate clients, and creative professionals.
  • Engage with followers, respond to messages, comments, and foster a positive community experience.
  • Identify influencer or partner collaboration opportunities when relevant.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and leads.
  • Present monthly dashboards and insights to management.
  • Continuously optimize content strategy based on analytics and feedback.

Desired Profile

  • 3–6 years of experience in social media management, ideally in events, creative agencies, experiential marketing, media, or any service organization in B2B business.
  • Strong sense of design aesthetics and brand storytelling.
  • Ability to ideate and execute high-quality content (reels, posts, stories, video snippets).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio, Later, or Buffer.
  • Basic knowledge of performance marketing is a plus.
  • A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
