Job description:
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain financial products and services.
● Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, websites, and referrals.
● Understand client requirements and provide suitable financial product recommendations.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial markets, trends, and regulatory updates.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
● Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
● Handle client queries related to investments, account setup, and market-related concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
● Previous telecalling or telesales experience, especially in financial services, is a plus.
● Good knowledge or interest in stock markets, trading, and investment instruments.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, Tamil or Telugu (optional)
● Ability to persuade and build rapport with potential clients.
● Comfortable working with CRM software and digital tools.
● Experience working with a brokerage firm, investment advisory, or wealth management firm would be a plus
