About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join our dynamic financial services team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service in the financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market intelligence.
• Provide clients with tailored financial solutions, investment advice, and wealth management strategies.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets through cross-selling and upselling products/services.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client investment performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, company policies, and risk management protocols.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding, service delivery, and problem resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 4–7 years of proven experience in relationship management within the financial services/banking/wealth management domain.
• Strong understanding of investment products, mutual funds, insurance, loans, and other financial instruments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust-based, long-term client relationships.
• Target-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills.
• Age not exceeding 34 years as of the date of application.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹252,484.62 - ₹420,000.00 per year
