Relationship Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our financial organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving business growth, and providing personalized financial solutions that meet clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Identify and understand clients’ financial goals, and offer suitable products and services.
• Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, cold calls, and other business development initiatives.
• Maintain regular contact with clients for portfolio reviews, cross-selling, and up-selling financial products.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high service standards.
• Achieve set sales and revenue targets while complying with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client transactions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong sales and business development acumen.
• Good understanding of financial products such as loans, insurance, mutual funds, and investment solutions.
• Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Age Limit - 30 years

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 1+ years of experience in relationship management, preferably in banking, NBFC, or financial services.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
